Ray has almost 40 year of business career in planning and marketing. Before his real estate career, he worked at Samsung EHQ as the head of the European OA business. Since he started estate agency 2010, business grew 6 times in revenue based on customer centric marketing and integrated business system. He is very hard-working, innovative, and passionate and likes volunteering work such as sponsoring the London Korean School, LEAFF and a lot of other charity organisations.

Tao Feng MNAEASenior Sales Manager

Tao is a Member of National Association of Estate Agents. He is leading and overseeing Seoul residential’s sales operation. Passionate in customer services, with many years of sales experience. He has a far-reaching knowledge of the local property market as well as the London residential/commercial sales market. Having helped hundreds of families found their new homes, he has a large network of local buyers/investors, international investors, and cash buyers leading you an excellent sales completion. He is keen listener, problem-solver, communicative and pro-active and enjoys talking to customers at any time.

Lisa MaSales Negotiator

Lisa is a sales negotiator who has an in-depth knowledge of the residential sales market. Since she joined our company, she has been very supportive to both sellers and buyers and meticulous in every single stage. She is open-minded with being able to speak 3 languages, English, Korean and Chinese. She is a cat person with an adorable cat, Loko. She can talk overnight if you ask her about the property market knowledge and her cat and is the biggest fan of F1 ready to participate as a racer.

Ian is also the initial member of SeOUL Residential and worked in the letting department for over 10 years after his career in hospitality. He is a genuine professional who always finds the right place for customers and gives the most satisfaction to both tenants and landlords. He is upbeat, professional, and honest. If you meet him for your property needs, you won’t regret it and get what you want.

Hyung Kyung KimLetting Manager

She is the kindest person we’ve ever met. Kim is a letting specialist having an abundant career in letting. She previously worked as a tour guide for several years. With this experience, she always greets customers with all her heart and exceptionally nice smile. She has a beautiful daughter who got married very recently (Congrats!). She regularly attends church and is part of the church choir.

John KwackLetting Negotiator

John is our new letting negotiator who joined our team early this year. He is very eager to learn and understand the property market and always tries to be very helpful to customers. With his sense of humour, he always makes the atmosphere very fun and bright. He is a hidden gem in our company.

Chris KimProperty Manager

Chris is our senior property manager with many years of experience in property management. He is a real problem solver always excellently resolve any property related issues. He is so caring and takes the matter as seriously as his problem. He knows many skilful contractors, handy man and plumber and is ready to be upsizing your property, fixing any major and minor matters. He is a keen swimmer and cyclist. Shirley KongAccounting Manager

Shirley is the initial member of SeOUL Residential and worked as an account manager ever since she joined the company. Expert in accounting and administration with over 10 years of experience. She is always very supportive and good at remembering. She cares a lot and remembers every tenant and landlord, and is always kind to our staff and customers with a big smile. She always takes care of our staff's birthdays and brings decent cakes for celebration with a warm heart.

Mina is our marketing manager controlling every marketing activity in our company. She previously worked as a property consultant giving insightful solutions to clients and developers. She now gives insightful messages to our customers based on professional property knowledge and research. She likes watching Netflix and chilling.
