        | Late Rent Payments

Interest charged for late rent payments is capped at up to 3% above the Bank of England’s annual percentage rate.

        | Lost Keys or Security Devices

          Tenants may be charged reasonable costs for replacing lost keys or other security devices.

Contractual Damages
    | 
          In cases of tenant default, damages as outlined in the tenancy agreement will apply.
