We live in Australia and we were initially worried how all this going to be done, but Ian was very helpful and kept us informed at every stage with photos and videos of the work in progress until all the renovation was done. We very pleased with the work. As promised, Ian got a very good tenant at a higher rental as soon as the renovation was completed and to our surprise he even managed to get a year’s rent in advance. I couldn’t have asked him any more than this.
